We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

If we could give Matias & Cecilia 10 stars, we would!!! From before arriving, they were super responsive, and answered all our questions. We were allowed to check in earlier as our plane schedule was modified. Cecilia waited for us at the door, and gave us a little tour. The place is absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we were at a real home. The decor was impeccable and fitted the place. The apartment has tons of natural light, and lamps have dimmers so at night you can get some relaxing lights. The bed was super comfy and the bathrom was IMPECCABLE. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals. There was tea, coffee, sugar, salt and oil, as described. This will be our got to place when we return to Buenos Aires, and we cannot recommend it enough!!!!

The apartment is even more beautiful in person, very well located, in the Palermo Soho neighborhood where you can find the best restaurants and cafes and walk quietly at night (even for a solo traveler like me). In addition to having a super-equipped kitchen to prepare your food on a day you don't feel like going out or even making your own breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. Azul and Nico are excellent hosts, they were super attentive with my late check-in and helped me with an extra cleaning, as I had a lot of days of accommodation. I highly recommend it for those who are going to visit Buenos Aires, you will be in the best region of the city. A big hug.

The apartment is very nice, bright, comfortable and super equipped...with an espresso coffee machine that is a super plus. The building is safe and calm. We slept very well. The bed is super comfortable. Everything is impeccable.

The depto is all new and very comfortable, in the area you have everything you need and the sub is close. The owners always pending for whatever you may need. I would repeat without hesitation!

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay!!! The apartment is exactly as in the photos - very clean, well maintained and with a wonderful view that made all the difference in the experience. The house is super equipped, with all the utensils and amenities I needed during the trip. You can see that everything was thoughtfully designed for the comfort of the guests. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, functional place with a breathtaking view! Super warm! The only point, but it didn't bother me at all, is that the shower is low and my husband was tall, but it wasn't anything that bothered me.

Worth every penny! This place is gorgeous and the location is exceptional. Just half a block from stunning Recoleta cemetery, and everything you can need in between (bars, restaurants, Supermarket, and pharmacies). I think this location is unbeatable. Nancy gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment upon arrival. She was kind and professional and took the extra time to give us directions to get to a couple places we need to go. Victoria and her team were very responsive and kind at all times. After a terrible experience with a different host in the city the day before, dealing with Victoria and her team was such a refreshing experience! I cannot recomend this apartment enough! We felt right at home! Thank you Nancy and Victoria!

Gabriel isn’t a super host: he’s a super super super host. The apartment is kitted out with anything you could possibly want (from clothes steamer to kitchen gadgets). Everything is new and stylish and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The area is fab with cafes to Michelin-starred restaurants in the street; a 24-hour policeman outside (for the museum) so it feels super safe; everything you could possibly want is within walking distance (whether museums or concerts or parks). And the porter is super nice and helpful too. Thoroughly recommend this over any hotel suite for a long stay - there’s a work space and strong WiFi too.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

He explained everything and gave several indications about restaurants, places and observations of what could be dangerous in some places after a certain time. Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!
