Monthly Rentals in Balvanera

This was a great studio to work and commute from while in Buenos Aires, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The size was just right, if even a little spacious. The kitchen had a lot of appliances, tableware, and many standard fixings (oil, spices, and tea/coffee) that made it feel less of a vacation spot, and more of a home away from home. Its central location was definitely a plus--only a short bus, metro, or rideshare away from the more touristy San Telmo and Palermo areas, but too a very short walk to microcentro, and monuments like the Obelisco, Teatro Colon, or Plaza de Mayo. Not to mention that being on Av. Corrientes is really advantageous regardless. Despite the energy of the surroundings, and convenience of all the laundry, supermarkets, and shops in the neighborhood, I still found that returning home was quiet, cool, and relaxing--something that's usually hard to find in a large city! The host was responsive, helpful, and had so many recommendations to share as well.

The place surprised us a lot, due to the location and organization of the space! We hope to have the opportunity to stay with this host again.

Everything fantastic in Katherine's apartment. In addition, the location is perfect for touring the downtown areas of the city, just a few blocks away from the obelisk and surrounded by businesses, cafes, bars and restaurants. I recommend it.
