The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Poco più distanti si trovano la spiaggia di Citara, con i famosi Giardini Poseidon ed equidistante troverete il pittoresco borgo di Sant'Angelo d'Ischia. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è l'ideale per chi cerca la pace e la tranquillità. L'appartamento dispone di angolo cottura, bagno, letto matrimoniale, wii fi, terrazzo e solo in camera da letto di aria condizionata .

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

casa da maria ...a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Scegliere un luogo, il luogo ideale, per riunirvi tutto ciò che amiamo, la storia nostra e della nostra famiglia, della gente di Ischia, raccontando il rapporto che esiste da millenni tra gli abitanti di quest’isola e la campagna. Il luogo è quello del PICCOLO ZAFFIRO VERDE BLU, un appartamentino gioiello nascosto alla vista, tra melograni e ulivi secolari, viti, bouganville dai fiori bianchi, fucsia e viola, ginestre e piante aromatiche rare.

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. Charming one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, located in the historic center of Ischia Ponte, on Via Seminario, with special attention to guest comfort. Just a few steps from the sea, both free and equipped beaches, and the Aragonese Castle. Very close to all the essential services for a pleasant stay. The area is one of the charming locations featured in the film The Talented Mr. Ripley.

Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
