Villa holiday rentals in Barano d'Ischia

Prima esperienza con Airbnb molto positiva. Situata nella parte alta di Forio quindi se cercate un po’ di relax, una bella vista sul mare con tanto di tramonti mozzafiato la villetta ischitana è quello che fa per voi. La strada non è semplicissima da raggiungere in macchina ma ne varrà la pena (del resto ad Ischia si gira molto meglio in scooter). L’host Teresa è semplicemente spettacolare, sempre disponibile e gentile, vi farà sentire come a casa vostra. Ho fatto la mia proposta di matrimonio ad Ischia quindi anche la villetta mi resterà sempre nel cuore.

We loved this home & the views from all three patios were amazing! It was as described and well decorated and clean. Mrs Caterina, who works with host, was super kind and made check in to check out extremely easy by arranging taxis and luggage porters to/from. She even met us at the ferry dock which was super helpful since it was our first time to Capri. As mentioned in listing, there are quite a few stairs from gate to front door but it didn’t bother us at all but we’d recommend the taxi & porter. We felt the house and view were worth the walk! It was beautiful!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la nostra vacanza. Eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone, inclusi 3 bambini. La casa e la zona sono meravigliose, gli alberi donano freschezza e gli uccelli cantano splendidamente ogni giorno, soprattutto al mattino. La casa è pulita, accogliente e ha tutto il necessario. La spiaggia è vicina, ma con i bambini è meglio avere un mezzo di trasporto, perché per noi è stato piuttosto difficile scendere dalla montagna. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della nostra vacanza. Grazie.

Tout! Tout est parfait très propre et très bien pensé ! Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et un couple on a eu tout ce qu'on désirait et même plus: accueil chaleureux et hyper généreux ! Maison propre très propre! Maison très grande et très bien équipée et aérée Literie parfaite ! Emplacement parfait !!! 10 étoiles si cela était possible ! La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion absolue ! La maison italienne de rêve ! Merci encore

Better than I expected and I expected a lot after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. Anita is so kind and helpful, she is as warm as her place is. My favorite part of the house is the view, my second favorite is the artwork throughout the house. It’s not only beautiful but it’s special because it was a mother daughter collaboration by Anita and her daughter. It gave the house an extra touch of love. It’s easy to get to the square from Anita’s and there’s everything you need right outside the door of the house. A grocery store, snack bar, gelato and a few restaurants. I loved sitting on the patio and just taking in the supreme view. I will be staying at Anita’s every time I come back to Capri from now on!

This place is a gem that we could not even imagine! We felt like we were in a movie, sitting on this amazing patio in the garden overlooking the marina and the ocean. The communication with Daniela was great, she feels like family and made our visit to Capri extraordinary ! We will miss this apartment, the beautiful garden, the view and this island. If you want an out of this world travel experience you have to stay here at Villa Torricella :-))))

Great spot, easy check-in! The host even sent a little video so we wouldn’t miss it (since it comes up at a different location on google maps). Was the perfect little getaway!

We absolutely loved the house with several patio’s, ocean views and gorgeous flowers in this peaceful location! Staying in Anacapri is the way to go since Capri was SUPER busy with day trippers. Ivan was a great host, he set up a taxi for us upon arrival in Marina Grande and he also recommended an amazing boat company(Danilo) for an amazing private boat day on the water. One thing to mention is that there are definitely stairs to get to and from the house but we thought it was totally worth it for the views!!!

Che scoperta Villa Allegra! La casa è davvero nuovissima e arredata con gusto. Ha un terrazzo enorme sul mare e quasi dispiaceva andare al ristorante a cena. :-) Posizione fantastica, fuori dal casino, ma ideale per poter raggiungere il centro in 15 minuti. Tutto era come da descrizione e foto e davvero pulito. Alessio ci ha accolti calorosamente fornendoci una marea di consigli... Straconsigliata!

We loved our stay! Our family of four, including two teenage sons, stayed for the first week of June. Their home is stunning, very private, with dramatic views of the Bay of Naples, and beautiful gardens. Everything was immaculate. We cooked meals at home often. The kitchen had everything and the dinnerware was beautiful. We loved the decorating, comfortable furniture and views from inside and out. The area is very quiet so sleeping with windows open (no need for A/C) was a treat. The outdoor seating was very comfortable. An outdoor shower too! Christiana arranged for groceries just prior to our arrival - so kind and helpful. Enzo, the very nice gardener and driver, transported us when we needed a ride. We walked into Anacapri center often, 20 minutes for us, and also walked by path to the Blue Grotto to swim, maybe 15 minutes. Christiana was the absolute best communicator and host. She responded immediately and helped often with great recommendations. Thank you.

This apartment was a dream. Gorgeous views, well stocked and clean kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The host reached out a few days before our arrival to see if we wanted her to arrange a taxi pick up from the ferry and a porter for our bags. I highly recommend both. There are a lot of stairs to navigate up to the apartment. I’d highly recommend this place!

Our stay at this house in Capri was simply perfect! Everything was excellent: impeccable cleanliness, every corner carefully looked after. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, with incredible views. Our host, Sissi, was very kind and attentive, ensuring we had an unforgettable experience. Definitely a place we would recommend and return to. Five stars!

5 stars Staying at Pamela’s place in Capri was an absolute dream. The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still close to everything. The home itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and that unmistakable Capri charm. Pamela was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, and gave us amazing local tips we wouldn’t have found on our own. It felt less like a rental and more like being a guest in someone’s lovingly cared-for home. We can’t wait to come back.

The home and surrounding were stunning! The courtyard was beautiful and the pool was fantastic. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

The views are amazing—better than in the images. The pool area was quiet, private, and stunning. The pool was large and deep, so it's not suitable for very young children. The garden was beautiful, with a spectacular display of flowers. The house is spacious. It's old but very clean. The plumbing could use some updating. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the main house. In a separate building, there is one bedroom with its own bathroom. The location was excellent for us, but it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility. Marco was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience—and the views simply can't be praised enough. They are absolutely beautiful from the house. The house's swimming pool is also excellent.

Un superbe séjour dans cette villa accueillante et très bien entretenue. Le cadre est magnifique, avec vue sur la baie de Pouzzoles, des mandarinniers et citronniers. Calme et loin des tumultes de Naples. à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds d'une gare qui déssert Naples rapidement via des trains très propres et peu chers. Pouzzoles a aussi l'avantage d'avoir des très bons restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) et de desservir les îles d'Ischia et Procida très facilement via Ferry. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et arrangeants sur les heures de départ et d'arrivée. Cela donne envie de revenir, merci encore !

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

We had such a nice time! Isbella who helped take care of the house was such a kind host. She met us right when we arrived and also cooked a beautiful dinner. We also very much enjoyed the pool area. Would recommend! thank you for a wonderful time in Capri!

The location of the Silent Villa is worth the five star. Anacapri is a quieter more relaxed spot to land and just a few winding steps behind the piazza is this villa. We enjoyed the garden space especially and is where we preferred to spend our time. While there is no instruction manual, host is very responsive for any questions, concerns you may have.

Don’t wait, book this Villa! Amazing views, well kept exterior/interior, comfortable beds, incredibly clean! The host went above and beyond to make sure the arrival was seamless. There were snacks to enjoy, a clear map of the island, and beautiful flowers outside among the many seating areas. The host and their staff are very responsive! Easily the best experience I’ve had with AirBnb to date. Thank you again for a memorable vacation we will never forget!
