what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola was the perfect host. we had some travel delays the day of our arrival and she was flexible and helpful. The apartment has a balcony you will fall in love with. Best place to start your day watching the sun come up and a stunning place to enjoy wine at night. the bedroom has great a/c and even on the 90 degree days you could easily get comfortable. The bedroom also was farther inside the apartment and so the sound of the bells was not a problem for us. the location near the train station was wonderfully convenient. There are plenty off cafe spots within the block of you and markets. If we get the chance to return to Florence we will most definitely stay here again.

Baggio’s home was excellent! Very clean and spacious and even better in person than the photos. All of Florence’s main attractions were within walking distance as well as fabulous restaurants. Eddy was responsive and met us at the door to check in and go over everything in the home. Our family of time enjoyed the home during our time in Florence and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

La Gualda Vecchia: a picturesque idyll away from the hustle of everyday life. On 9 hectares of forest in the middle of the wild and at the same time redemptively quiet Tuscany, the two hosts have realized their lifelong dream. And luckily, they let us share it. The house with its Tuscan charm, stylish rooms and lovely furnishings rests on a small hill from which you can look into the depths of the Etruscan forests. And all around: a garden that was not completely discovered even after a few days. Walking from the yurt across the path of emotions, to the SPA, past a small greenhouse and then through the vegetable and flower garden you can forget the time. It was just incredible! Thank you for everything!!!

Thank you Giuseppe for your kindness and care! The apartment is literally a 5-minute walk from the very center, while there is absolute silence around. Giuseppe provided all the instructions with photos and videos, recommended all the restaurants and cafes, and guided us to shops and laundries. He was so kind that he treated us to a bottle of local wine - it was very pleasant. Visiting Florence left wonderful impressions and largely thanks to Giuseppe! Thanks again.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

A super cozy, clean, beautiful apartment. The location is excellent. Supermarket in 5 minutes' walk. Also in the immediate vicinity of bus and tram stops. The public transport works perfectly. In 12 minutes you are in the city center, and the person who makes all this even more perfect is Simone. Never experienced such a nice, helpful and communicative host. Thought of everything, super organized and above all an absolutely lovely person. Thanks Simone! Really recommended! Great! Great! Great!

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

Alessandro was very responsive for early check in, met us at the door to give a Tour, helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight and recommend a dinner restaurant. 10 minute walk to train station into downtown Florence for the day 1.60 euro each way.

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail - a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and the sights - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. Our stay at the Antico Podere Sant'Anna was very pleasant. We were looking for a quiet place where we could stay with our little girl but that would allow us to reach the center of Pistoia in a short time, and so it was. Sara was super helpful and met our needs. For those who love tranquility, being surrounded by greenery but still enjoying the proximity of the center, it is the perfect place!

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
