Verder beschikt het appartement over een technische ruimte met wasmachine en droogkast, airconditioning in alle kamers, snelle wifi, en een ondergrondse privéparkeerplaats die inbegrepen is in je verblijf. Acabamos de equipar el apartamento con aire acondicionado de tipo "bomba de calor" que permite refrescar pero también calentar si haría falta. El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (ventilación, frío, calor y deshumidificación). Este alojamiento tiene una habitación con una cama de de matrimonio de 1m60 x 2m, una tronja romántica con una cama de 1m40 x 2m situada por debajo de un Velux, un amplio baño adaptado para persona con movilidad reducida, y un salón-comedor-cocina con acceso directo a la piscina por una puerta de cristal o al patio. Acabamos de instalar una puerta de insonorización a la habitación que da a la calle. La casa tiene fibra optica @ 600mbs y wifi. Toda la casa tiene domotica y se pueden regular las luces según el momento (intensidad, frio-caliente, colores) por zonas. La cocina tiene 5 fuegos de gas, un amplio horno de gas de 90cm de ancho, una grande nevera con amplio congelador, maquina de hielo, lavavajilla, maquina de café Nespresso-Krups, tostadora, platos, vasos, etc... No es necesario traer ni champú, ni gel de ducha, ni acondicionadores, la ducha está equipada con 3 distribuidores. Se suministran toallas al llegar.

En la Hacienda en donde aún se trabaja la tierra, alquilamos planta baja de una casa completamente restaurada, con vistas al mar, entrada independiente, puestas de sol unicas y la vista del volcan Teide acompañando tus días. Entrando por una pequeña calle sin tráfico y silenciosa.
