This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

A quiet, lovingly renovated apartment awaits you on the upper floor of our house, of course with separate entrance and small balcony for relaxing or breakfast. A private parking space is also included. Our beautiful harbor is 10 to 15 minutes away. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and the location is extremely central for further day trips between Rostock and the island of Rügen...

The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a modern bathroom, a practical kitchenette, a small dining area as well as a cozy sleeping area.

You will stay directly on the beautiful harbor of Barth with water view from the terrace.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

Pure relaxation! Small nice holiday home with direct water access. Nature-connected holiday as a couple or a family in absolute tranquility. Baltic Sea beach, sea and waves close by. The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. You can of course also fish at the jetty.
