Booked this Airbnb for a colleague working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

The property is located in Reading town centre within proximity to public transposed interchange. Very convenient to travel. The flat is clean and tidy. The only issue is instability of Wifi. But most of the time is okay.

I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. Within walking distance is the village shop and a garden centre - a must for a lunch - delicious! For a quiet, peaceful getaway 40 Winks is perfect

great place to stay. very clean and tidy and everything u could need for an overnight stay. the entrance to the parking is quite narrow as advised, don't take a big car!!!!

We had a lovely one night stay at Damian’s place. The Airbnb was spotless and comfortable with all amenities you would need. The only comment I would say is that the parking space is quite tight so would be tricky in a larger car but it was right next to the house so very convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful house situated in a beautiful peaceful location. If you enjoy quiet countryside with friendly local restaurants and pubs nearby this is for you. Every bedroom was perfectly catered for and a fantastic kitchen to create your every culinary desire.

The house and it's location is lovely, and to wake up to the view of the sea from the master bedroom each morning was wonderful. It was extremely windy and the sea was rough when we stayed, but we still managed to get in the sea every morning. We took our own wetsuits, but there are plenty of wetsuits there for guests to use and a great drying room for drying wetsuits etc. The house has everything you could possibly need. One thing I would point out, we were a family with ages ranging from 71 to 2 yrs old, there are a lot of stairs which weren't a problem for us, but should be taken into account.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! The most perfect house for our girlie weekend away. Firstly the house, garden and driveway was GORGEOUS, exactly as it was in the photos. The house had everything we needed to host for 15 of us and everyone was comfortable. The location of the house was perfect. It took us less than 10 mins by taxi to get into town. Ronan recommended us using Chiltern taxis who were incredibly responsive. Ronan was incredibly responsive during the booking process and when we stayed at the house. The manual we received covered everything we could have possibly needed! This house deserves more than a 5* review. Thank you so much Ronan! I will for sure be recommending to any friends and family.

Wonderful quirky house full of charm and character. We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved exploring the house and beautiful garden. In the words of my 5 year old, “best house ever!!!”. Great stay with me and my Mrs, would absolutely recommend. Dilpreet was a great host who made us feel at home from day 1, easy commute to Heathrow, and a short walk from local lakes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kirsty’s place. Check in was incredibly easy and hassle free. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything neatly laid out and with everything you need for a pleasant stay provided. The apartment is finished to a high standard and the bed is very comfortable.

A short notice walking weekend in the New Forest in August meant accommodation was scarce but I found this little gem on Airbnb which turned out to be just 10 minutes from our walking start point in Godsall. After a 14 mile hike on Saturday I was pleased it was just 10 minutes drive to my accommodation and even better that the shower was hot and the kitchen equipped so I could heat up an evening meal. Lovely and peaceful, very pretty spot through the garden. Good internet signal and tv I could watch Netflix and BBCiplayer on, as well as lots of books to read from. The bed was very comfy as well. Unfortunately I didn’t spend long at the cottage as we walked both days but it,s a great spot and good value option for solo travellers.

Another cracking stay in this apartment, which is easy to find, ideally situated with amenities close by and access to a lovely wooded area. There is plenty of space to park, and the area feels safe. I warmly recommend you check this apartment out and if at all possible, stay here.
