I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually the case at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, in which the heating-air conditioner and boiler with hot water are already turned on. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the promenade, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting

Family comfort

Our apartment is located in a new 12-storey building on the 11th floor with a large veranda and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house has two elevators, free parking in the yard. All infrastructure, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop are near the house. There are also vegetable markets nearby, where every day you can buy fresh Georgian cheese, aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables and fruits. In 6-8 minutes walk there is a cable car, and to the boulevard, coastal area and beach 10-15 minutes walk

Entire holiday home for rent. The house has everything you need to stay as long as you need it. All equipment and beds (mattresses and linen) are new. The beach can be reached by taxi (5 lari) or by buses N 7 and 15 (0.5 lari, 20 minutes ride).

I can meet the guest at the airport in Batumi and help with anything you need. I also have a car (jeep), in which the magu organize excursions to the mountainous Adjara. As well as a maga to meet you at Kutaisi airports.
