amazing flat in central batumi

Apartment is located on the 7 Th floor (here is the elevator)the apartment has two entrances from one yard to another park.the apartment is consider 2 rooms.the living room .kitchen ,bedroom and the bathroom, small room that u can use a child is also for the adult .balcony on the side of the park..bedroom consist of a double bed, wardrobe and wuden shelves.in the living rom the sofa ,armchears ,radio, tv with apple tv, air conditioner, teh house is very clear ,clean and cozy.

2-room deluxe apartment on the 16th floor at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Good sound insulation. High-quality repairs. The window offers a beautiful view of the sea, sunset, lake and singing fountains. In the apartment we installed new SMART TV 55' (July 2025). Contactless check-in. Wi-Fi - FREE! Guest set of goodies and hygiene kits as a gift! On the 1st floor there is a chic restaurant with buffet breakfast, entrance 40 gel.

Our facility is decorated with simple and elegant colors. It has everything you need to live in and the located in city center. We offer not only sea but also city, lake and mountain views. At the same time our guests have opportunity to taste local delicacies free of charge, including delicious Georgian wine, cheese and dessert.
