Stay at Sofya's place was wonderful. Location is really nice and calm, we got a view on sea and botanical garden from our balcony. Everything was like on photos. Place was clean and tidy. Sofya is hospitable host, always eager to help! I recommend to stay here!

Nice clean apartment. Cozy. In the very convenient place. Nearby there is an embankment, a large area for walking and entertainment. Shops are also within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was for a comfortable life. The apartment itself is spacious, bright.

Everything is wonderful, beautiful house with a beautiful view, hospitable hosts, close to the beach!

We stayed as a large group. 3 families. Everyone was happy! Very nice family and wonderful house! Cozy rooms, great view from the balcony. Convenient location in a quiet place! The sea is within walking distance. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center of Batumi by bus. Thank you very much to Mavlina and all her family for their hospitality!)

Our stay at their lovely residence was truly delightful. The location, with its proximity to the sea and Batumi as a whole, was fantastic. The property provided all the essential amenities, and the outdoor kitchen added a charming touch to the place. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, giving it a 10/10 rating.

At first when we arrived at midnight We had trouble finding the place, and because of communication difficulties it wasn’t easy to get there But then everything went well and the host was very friendly and kind The place was clean although they didn’t have air conditioning in the rooms but they had it in the living room, it wasn’t bad for me because the weather was amazing Both the host and her daughter were super nice even though they didn’t speak English, the house was close to everything you could need and far from Batumi center about 20 mins Everything was amazing and smooth thanks to the host and probably if i ever come to batumi again i will book here

The host and his family are very kind and hospitable and treated me like a friend. The place itself is very comfy and clean and has a beautiful inner yard. There are many shops and a bazaar near here, the sea is too just a half an hour acceptable by foot. It is very suitable for a person(s) who doesn't like the beach line with modern hotels and prefers real Georgian hospitality instead.

The house is very clean, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable and new, the house has several bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking dishes, and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and the sunset, which can accommodate all guests. There is a grill in the yard with everything you need. The hostess Nona was very helpful, all the wishes of the guests were fulfilled, an early check-in was provided free of charge. We had a very good rest and felt at home. Thank you for everything!

Very helpful and hospitable hosts. A beautiful property with lots of fruit and vegetables. We can even harvest. Great, loving dogs. The accommodation is very well equipped for long-term stays. Everything is in very good condition. Good transport links to Batumi and elsewhere are also available. The place is highly recommended.

I'm very happy. I spent New Year here and I felt very welcome. The apartment is clean and quiet. Also secure, because it's inside the family home (upstairs). I was also able to easily park my car. The large balcony is excellent, and this must be the best view of Batumi.

A very cozy house in the very center of Batumi. The room is clean and spacious, there is everything you need for living. The hosts are very kind and hospitable people. I will definitely stay with them again when I come to Georgia.

Wonderful place to stay with hospitable family.

A nice family, you will immediately feel at home, they want you to feel at home, there is a balcony in the room I stayed and it is with a toilet and shower no hot water, and another bathroom with a hot shower outside the room.

Nice place near the sea and without any parking problems, like everywhere else in Batumi. Host is super nice. Will come back again for sure.
