The apartment is situated in new elit apartment block with a good location. Kldiashvili street is situated close to Sheraton hotel and main attractions but it is very quiet. Near the apartment block there are central park, sea beach, boulevard, historical center of Batumi. In 300m from studio you will find a supermarket. There are many cafes and restaurants of Georgian and European cuisine in this area. The studio has new modern renovation and all the necessaries for a comfortable stay.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with textured blankets and decorative pillows. An accent wall in orange creates a warm atmosphere, while a view of mountains is visible through a large window. A small table with a candle and outdoor seating are present.
