Very cozy apartment on the 13th floor, the lighting in the bathroom makes it even more comfortable. In the evening it is nice to sit on the balcony. We were available with the host, all issues were resolved positively. The beach is a pleasant road through the park with a lake. I recommend the place.

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

Nice small apartment for 1-2 people. The appliances are new, everything is clean and convenient. Beautiful sea view. The location is a little further from the center so it's not noisy. The building has a coffee shop, cafe, beer bar, barber shop and ATM. The host is communicative, will help and tell you.

We had a fantastic stay in Batumi. The apartment is located right by the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day. It’s a well-organized and comfortable space, perfect for a relaxing trip. Huge thanks to Natalia for being so accommodating with our early arrival and late departure — it made everything so much easier.
