Beachfront holiday rental in Batz-sur-Mer

The accommodation was perfect: close to all amenities and waterfront. We couldn't have asked for more.

We spent some incredible days in Pornic, the apartment is in the center of the village where you can do everything on foot, you can park for free and without problems in the parking lot of the station. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to enjoy it and the village.

Thank you for the very pleasant welcome at the TOP. Great apartment, very well located even if it is not facing the sea (we even preferred it) given the beautiful weather we had, we did not get too hot and we were able to enjoy the terrace from breakfast in the sun. The accommodation is very quiet inside. All shops are within walking distance (market, bakery, restaurants...) In any case, thank you Gildas!!!

Very charming and atypical accommodation as advertised, and really micro house, ideal for a night, for a stop on our bike circuit. We were able to enjoy the small courtyard well sheltered from the wind.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome by Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in case of problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Apartment, very clean, bright, well-equipped, in a privileged location, while being very quiet, next to the center of La Baule. Special mention for the bedding, cleanliness, and shutters throughout the apartment to sleep in the dark, as we like Very good communication, handing over the keys in person, everything was perfect!

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

Apparently ideally located, facing the sea and close to all shops and restaurants. You can do anything on foot. Nearby hiking trails. Great stay, we'll be back without hesitation

Great stay in Batz sur mer. the cottage is perfect with all the necessities and very quiet in the condominium with pool. The location is ideal, 10 min walk to the beach and start walking from the wild coast. The 2 bikes available are very suitable for the place as it is the mode of travel of many people in the area. The town of Pouliguen, which is very close, is very lively, lively ( halls every morning and markets 3 times a week) and with good restaurants. As well as Guerande and the salt marshes allow nice walks. We had a lovely stay, we highly recommend it.

Beautiful modern house, very quiet place, and close to Sainte Marguerite beach. Beautiful pool, the services are completely in line with what is advertised. Truly a great stay.

The accommodation is incredibly well located , pure view, close to the center, a supermarket is within walking distance. The beach is a stone's throw from this beautiful building! Accommodation level nothing to say except no closed room and lack of a barrier at the bottom of the stairs for a small explorer loulou! Top-notch bedding! It was one of the best airbnb stays!

We had a great stay for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. A very beautiful house restored with taste combining the old and the modern. The amenities are of quality: bedding, bathrooms, separate toilets, very beautiful kitchen. The whole place is very pleasant for 8 people, the very pretty garden allows you to relax a few minutes from bike paths (bikes available) and the seaside. Anne is very responsive and easy to communicate with. A charming address!!!

An unforgettable stay in an idyllic setting! Xueyun's apartment is beachfront with 180° panoramic views from the windows, which amazed us every day. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, well decorated, with two independent bedrooms, comfortable to rest. The large outdoor terraces allow you to have lunch and rest in the open air, always with the sea in front of you. The iodized air of the sea has done us a lot of good, adding a sense of well-being to our stay. On the activities side, the proximity to many beaches within a few minutes walk and the hiking trails of the GR 34 is a real asset for nature lovers and outdoor adventures, to oxygenate themselves. Sailing schools and the possibility of renting bikes add a sporty and playful dimension to this stay. Hosts are extremely friendly and always ready to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. We can only recommend.

We had a wonderful few days. The house was like in the photo, the view, with a remarkable location. It was a favorite, and it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. Regarding the equipment, he thought of everything, a fireplace for a small friendly evening, garden lounges with different views. We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Our stay in Piriac was very pleasant, largely thanks to our stay at Jerome's. Her house is beautiful, clean and well-equipped and it is ideally located. It offers an exceptional view of the ocean, so close, at the end of the garden. The village center, with its market, shops and many restaurants, is within walking distance, a few minutes away, along the port. Jérôme is a very welcoming person, good advice for addresses and was easily reachable to answer our questions. We would recommend this listing!

We had a great stay at Jean-Yves'! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The hosting was warm and communication seamless from start to finish. He recommended several places to visit in the area, which made our stay even richer. I highly recommend this address and will not hesitate to come back if we are passing through Le Croisic.
