Our vacation home, a 3-star classified furnished tourist accommodation (sleeps 5), is nestled in a green setting, 15 minutes from Angers, in the heart of the Basses Vallées (Natura 2000 site). Fully equipped, it offers 2 bedrooms, a veranda, a garden, a heated swimming pool from June to September, accessible from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6:30 pm, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional charge of €9/person. Activities: Castles; La Flèche and Doué La Fontaine Zoo (1-2 hours), Parc Terra Botanica (20 minutes), and Puy du Fou (50 minutes); water sports

Romantic and quiet atmosphere in a charming apartment to discover the "sweetness of Angevine". 75 m² air-conditioned duplex with a private garden where there is a living room and outdoor kitchen, surrounded by nature. However, no parties or noisy behavior are possible. The Spa is open year-round and indoors, the pool is covered and heated from June to September. Shops 3 minutes away. La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away. River, beach and castle 5 minutes away. Nice hikes from the house. Ideal for families.

It is very well located in Bréhémont, a village on the banks of the Loire, 9 km from Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, and Langeais (7 km), and the magnificent chateaux of the Loire. The house has 4 rooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground pool from May to October, depending on the weather and nighttime temperatures. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Gîte La Terrasse du Loir à 3km du Zoo de la Flèche

Bienvenue à La Terrasse du Loir, un gîte de 115 m² ouvert depuis 2021, idéalement situé au bord du Loir et à environ 3 km du Zoo de La Flèche. Le logement peut accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes : 10 personnes dans les quatre chambres et deux couchages supplémentaires dans le salon. Le gîte, la piscine et tous les espaces extérieurs sont exclusivement réservés aux voyageurs. Vous ne partagez la piscine ni avec les propriétaires ni avec d’autres vacanciers. L’ensemble est sans vis-à-vis.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

Que ce soit en couple ou en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) vous pourrez profiter de la piscine couverte chauffée de Mai à mi Octobre, ainsi que du jacuzzi (en option). Nous sommes à 30 min du Zoo de la Flèche et proche d'autres sites touristiques (châteaux, vignobles..)

The entrances and all the rooms are on the ground floor. The accommodation is independent and adjoining that of the owners. The outdoor pool is heated. The Gîte JV is labeled 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, which represents a guarantee of comfort, equipment and high-level services.
