The Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" is private (open since 2021), you will be alone throughout the cottage. The pool and telescopic shelter were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 included. For 2027: Heated swimming pool from March 26 to November 1 included. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

Le Manoir du Coureau, located less than 200 meters from the banks of the Loire, will seduce you with its lush setting. The charm of old stones in a green setting: it is a true haven of peace. It offers an ideal location for many nearby activities: castle tours, vineyards, hiking, Loire Valley cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, etc. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 10 people, day or night. No parties or receptions allowed.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
