If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

There is a sitting lounge with BBQ facilities. Bikes can be stored if needed. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from Bautzn's old town. You can stroll on the historic Reichenstraße, shop in the Kornmarktcenter or in Germany's largest simultaneous church, enjoyed the silence in the cathedral. Warm yellow tones reminiscent of the Bautzner mustard ensure that the sun rises symbolically for you every day, no matter what the weather is outside.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Extraordinary stay in Schirgiswalde

"They will sleep among angels." In the heart of the city, the co-founder of Schirgiswalde, Otto von Ottenfeld, had a house chapel set up in his house. This was rediscovered at the beginning of the 2000 years during renovation work. The old fresco paintings from the 17th century were restored with great effort.
