Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive. The cottage is a short walk to the bay where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
