Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bay County

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The room had a beautiful view and a large balcony.We saw some dolphins a few times,and some stingrays from the balcony.The room was clean and exactly as described.Alex was wonderful and responsive when we had any questions.He also allowed us to show up a hour early.We had our own stuff,but if needed there is a closet full of umbrellas and beach toys.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody,and if I come back to pcb,I will likely try to stay here again.

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

Keith was amazing at responding super fast and very helpful with anything we needed. Loved the view from the balcony and we saw a manatee, sea turtle, and dolphins. Pools were great and we loved the whole experience. Absolutely loved having the walkway across the street to get to the parking garage. We also stayed and used the pool area the day of checkout and that was super nice. Nothing but great things to say about our stay

Cindy is a great host, she was very responsive and made us feel right at home. The condo was nicely decorated, spacious and had everything you need. The beach was beautiful as always. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for multiple years and it never disappoints.

Very clean and cozy place, perfect for what we were looking for. Within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The pool was clean and had easy access to the beach! 10/10 recommend.

Perfect condo for four overlooking the ocean. Main Street was always busy which made driving places difficult, but if you are willing to walk about 10 minutes there are a lot of choices on restaurants etc. Loved having the use of the beach umbrella and chairs for the week as well. Very clean and neat place with everything we needed.

We had the most amazing stay at this condo in Florida! Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The space was beautifully decorated. You can tell the owners really put thought into every detail. Tim was wonderful. Very communicative both before and during our stay. He provided helpful local recommendations that really made our trip extra special. The condo was also incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. One of the highlights was the reserved parking, it was so convenient to have a designated spot, especially during busy times. The elevators were also very quick which made coming and going a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area! Highly recommend!

Richard's condo had everything we needed for our family vacation (8 adults, 5 small children). The unit was spacious with a very nice balcony overlooking the beach. The beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, even an extra cabinet with various small appliances. The location is walkable to many shops and restaurants. The assigned parking space is tight, but it's very convenient that there is a public lot a short walk right across the street. Richard was very responsive and personable. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has a beautiful ocean view. The condo looked just like the pictures. It was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive, and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. I wish the bedroom had a little more storage for clothes since we had our kids with us. I highly recommend the condo and will book it again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful. We loved view from the balcony on the second floor. It is within walking distance to Pier Park. Charla was very responsive. We look forward to returning and booking this condo again.

Stephanie is a wonderful host! The property is spotless and just perfect. The pool and beach are wonderful. There is even a little cafe at the pool on the weekends with great food and drinks. Everything was absolutely amazing! I will definitely return. Thank you so much!

Wonderful, spacious condo. The bedrooms were larger than expected and the living room and kitchen areas were roomy, also. The only negative comment we have is the LOUD noise the wind makes as it hits the balcony railing. We had several days of constant, strong wind and the sound it made against the balcony railings was unbearably loud. I understand this is out of anyone's control, but something to consider with these corner condos.

From the beginning we had a wonderful experience and vacation. It was super easy being able to go right up to the condo and not have to check in somewhere beforehand. During our stay if we had any questions or concerns, V2nt was so quick at responding and was very helpful. The condo was very clean with great views! We had such a great time and will be booking again in the near future!!

Can’t say enough good things about Lisa’s place! It was super clean. It had everything we needed for our stay like beach towels and beach toys. We really enjoyed that beach service was included with our stay also! That was one of the main reasons we booked. We had an amazing 9 day stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! Jill is an exceptional host and very responsive. Her place is beautiful and right on the beach. My family had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to wake up and walk right out onto the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice! Very nice master bath and living areas. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout and a quiet neighborhood. Sydney was an excellent host and even when we had issues, she was quick to provide solutions. We will be staying again next year!

Beautiful place the house was just like the pictures. The house was clean from top to bottom and had everything in it that we would have needed. The host was awesome stayed connected in case we needed anything and made us felt like we were home. If you won’t peaceful, clean and comfort I would definitely recommend a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool is right behind the condo which is so nice when you’re lugging a bunch of kids around. The condo was really clean and very comfortable. I much prefer this side of PCB as it is nowhere near as busy as the Pier Park side but there is a ton to do! The walk (or drive) to the beach is really short and easy. I would definitely stay here again! Also, this is a great location if you’re going to PCB to play at Publix Sports Park.

We loved this place! Felt so cozy and right at home. The swing bed was our favorite and so cool to have a private pool and hot tub as well. So many great amenities here. Our kids had a blast as well. Beach was so close and the hot tub had a few issues but they sent someone out the next day to fix.

This condo is beautiful with a beautiful view of the beach. Amy’s place was so clean and looked very new with all the right accessories and amenities. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again!
