Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bay View, Milwaukee

Our family experienced a home fire on Friday. The only complaint I have is we can’t stay here until we’re back in our home! Truly beautiful, excellent location, fantastic hosts. Don’t miss on an opportunity to stay here!

Carlos is the best. Our flight arrived earlier than expected and he was able to get us checked in early. It’s a utility space, not a luxury space and it more than got the job done. Some small preferences that I would’ve changed but they’re ultimately nit picks. Only real struggle was the bed was too squishy for my preference which made it hard to catch more than a few hours of sleep, but I think a lot of folks will love that style, just not for me. Would definitely come back. There was so much space and grass. Close enough to everything MKE to get enough done, far enough to make a scooter adventure. If you need a place to hold your bags while you tackle the city, this is your spot.

Nina’s home was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of seating for everybody in the living areas! Nina was so generous and flexible with check-in/check-out, quick to respond, and gave detailed instructions.

A most charming little home! Came into town for a wedding and we truly could not have picked a better place! The location was better than I thought, we were only a 3-5 minute drive or within 10 minute walk away. The home was beautiful and clean. We absolutely look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Stayed 3 days in this beautiful home in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. Felt like my own home. Absolutely everything I needed and way more was provided. Not a detail was left out. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have stayed. Wifi was excellent for my remote work as needed too. I really appreciated the off street parking spot. Jen is a host who cares about her home and it shows. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved Caylee's place for our girl's weekend! The property style and decor are so unique and charming and added such fun energy to our stay. We appreciated the provided games and loved the location. Everything in Bayview was so close and also very easy to access downtown Milwaukee. We were able to have a small fire in the yard one night, which we really enjoyed. I Highly recommend Caylee's place, and I would stay again!

This place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed a wonderful stay is a beautiful old home! We were able to walk to the BMO Harris Pavilion for the concert. It was a great (even if brief) stay for us.

I’ve stayed at the apartment for a month and a half and enjoyed it very much. I like the location as I knew the area real well. Apartment matched the description, very comfortable place to stay for one or two people, nice king size bed, and a large bathroom. Jose was a great host, he was very friendly, helpful and responsive. I recommend this place and will be staying again when in town.

Nicely decorated with ample shared spaces for up to 4 adults though we only had 2. One phone call was all it took to register to park on the city street. Neighborhood is up and coming though we felt There is upstairs noise as others have commented.

Several reviews about the walls were helpful but no one in the building was making much noise. I could hear neighbors, but they were all respectful. I wanted to hear the train more. I could NOT hear the train passing by, and I love the sound of a train. I loved the place. I would definitely go back.

Will definitely stay here again. I felt very safe which is very important when traveling alone. Very clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

The place met our needs well. Just as advertised, nice and clean ,easy to get in. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. We parked out front and unfortunately our car got broken into.

This place was nice and clean. Bigger than I expected from the pictures, very open and roomy. The host was very helpful, particularly with giving us heads up about street parking and such. She made every single effort to make sure we moved our car before it got towed. Which we did right in the nick of time. I'm definitely saving this place to stay next time I come to Milwaukee!

Once we landed in Milwaukee, we texted Jodi to let her know when we expected to arrive at her place. She quickly responded that she had some errands but provided the entry code and made us feel welcome. We got settled in and then she reached out via text to let us know she had returned. She came up to meet us in person and helped us understand the city requirements for parking on the street. She had already provided the URL to the registration site and just made sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done. She later informed me that I'd parked on the wrong side of the street so that I could move the vehicle so that it didn't get a ticket. I appreciated that. We were out and about most of the time we were there. The notes that she had placed throughout were very helpful. The booklet that she printed was very clear and her expectations were reasonable and easy to meet. It's an older home, but very quaint and pretty cool.

We had a fantastic long weekend at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the area – everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. The place itself was wonderful; clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We had a great time staying here! It was in a great location in walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, etc. easy to find parking near by. The host was also super responsive to any questions we had. Looks exactly like the photos. Our group loved it. Thanks again!

Hidden gem. You don’t expect it, if you know Milwaukee since 1974 like me. It is a delightful home away from home.
