Our holiday apartment is a private unit within our Basecamp building, where we also live. Guests enjoy their own separate entrance. The apartment is cozy and well laid out: the bright living and dining room forms the central space, with a private bathroom right next to it, equipped with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and all necessary dishes is available. The living area also features a desk for working and a Smart TV with YouTube Premium, Netflix, and an extra HDMI connection. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. Guests are welcome to enjoy our spacious garden – perfect for strolling, barbecues, or relaxing evenings. For outdoor enthusiasts, we provide ideas for hikes and mountain tours. On request, we can arrange a professional mountain guide or organize bus transfers to the starting points of various routes.

First occupancy, handmade furniture from the carpenter and high-quality mattresses from regional production. Large bathroom, separate toilet, modern kitchen, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Highlight: The elevator goes directly into the apartment. Enjoy huge glass fronts and 2 terraces with fantastic views.

Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm ground-floor apartment just 200 m from the outdoor swimming pool. Parking on the premises. All daily necessities are available in the village. The apartment is, in every season, an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a storage room, for example, for e-bikes or Skis are available. A baby bed and high chair for small guests is also available.

The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of the spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is available about 200 m from the house at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. The spa is just 4 minutes away, and the city center is about 7 minutes away. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected basement exit at your own risk.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11 km): Dream apartment for 6 people

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
