Vacation home in the countryside on the outskirts of Salzburg

The cottage is located next to our small farm in a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You will have an entire house for yourself. We don't have a public road, so it's quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house, and in 10 minutes (0.7 km) you can reach the bus stop (downhill) to get to the city. You can walk from the bus to our place, depending on your fitness level. We always recommend taking a taxi for your arrival.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.
