By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria). Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
