Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Fully equipped apartment for 3 people (4 on request) near the Eremitage Palace Park, 2 rooms, small kitchen, bathroom (shower), private Entrance, hillside location, covered terrace, garden area. Coffee and tea are available. There is an “emergency ration” for breakfast in the fridge. Free parking at the house. Discount for stays of 1 week or more (calculated here by Airbnb), further discount on request for longer rentals, e.g. to festival participants.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes, the city center 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes away by car. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
