The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total desired. The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

What can you say - we just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled directly into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and easy to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep – no need for excuses! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you very much - We really didn't miss anything (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We will definitely come back and would recommend the little cottage at any time!

Very convenient and super pretty place to get to really know the german alpen, close to everything and delighted family who is willing to help you with everything, super silent and beautiful scenary, super clean rooms and facilities, equiped with everything you need.

What an absolute delight it was to stay in the cabin this week. Beautiful surroundings, a cosy, warm and beautiful cabin with plenty of space for our family of four. Lovely facilities and within walking distant of lots of great restaurants, a quaint little Christmas market and close to the sports centre where we spent lots of time ice skating, tobogganing and swimming. The host was helpful, very kind and couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Seefeld. An unforgettable winter break.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for hiking and exploring Innsbruck. Antan was very nice and always easy to reach.

Arrived by car. Parking directly in front of the entrance door. S-Bahn station 100 m away, runs approx. every 20 minutes towards Munich main station. Travel time by train is just under 30 minutes. I was received in a very friendly and cheerful manner. The beautiful log cabin, in which you occupy a small room with a bathroom, seems to be brand new. The small kitchen block offers everything you need for a short stay. The large bed is equipped with a spring-core mattress. The bathroom is very inviting and well-equipped. The place itself is quite manageable, for a larger purchase you have to go to one of the adjacent places.

Staying at chalet was great experience for us, great location if you are looking for skiing in Zillertal arena, all resorts are pretty close. Access to pool is a big plus.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and especially with Heike and Sven, who shine through excellent communication. Unfortunately, we were only on site for a weekend, were welcomed at the foot of the mountain and were able to let our luggage go up while we took the small ascent. On site you really have a wonderful view that we couldn't get enough of. There is electricity and running water, albeit sparse, but perfect for the area as it definitely slows down. Beds were cozy and in the kitchen you had everything you needed. A clear recommendation and we will be happy to come back. Thanks Heike and Sven :)

Very beautiful, cosy place in a lovely location! Nice stroll downhill to walk into the town with beautiful views but the walk back up can be hard after a long day of hiking - still very much worth it! Such a lovely, relaxing and spacious cabin :)

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

Cute little garden hut, as described. Quiet and nice view into the garden. Cosy warm also in Winter. Ingrid was very helpful.

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The view from the accommodation is breathtaking. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

The facility was nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

Thanks for a great vacation! The chalet is lovingly furnished and is simply fantastic. A few small touches complete the arrival and stay. Everything is very clean and the facilities are excellent. We lacked nothing!

Christof and Valeryia are very friendly hosts. Communication was great in advance. The cottage is very centrally located in Dießen. Both the nearest supermarket/bakery and the center are within minutes walking distance. We particularly liked the loving decor, you immediately feel comfortable. Thanks for the nice days, we will be happy to come back.

We spent two wonderful weeks in May in this small, cozy cottage. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is oriented with everything you need and also a small DVD collection provides some variety in the evening. We especially liked to make a campfire, wood for this is provided free of charge by Bec + Chris. The location in the middle of nature is top. You get relatively little from the street that is directly adjacent. We slept great, the beds are soft and the linens are very high quality. Otherwise, everything was as described, the app of the two is also recommended to explore the area. Keep it up, we will be happy to come back '-).

The Alm is located in a picturesque mountain panorama surrounded by peaks and cow pastures. We enjoyed the week at the Grafensalm very much and would come again at any time!!
