Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. Great stay at Julien's! The apartment is close to the EHESP where I was doing a training, the parking space is a real plus. Quiet and soothing environment, you feel at home! Finally, I want to highlight the quality of the amenities because it's one of the first times I've seen an AirBnb so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. A big thank you, can only recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here so quote and peaceful. Great location for the beaches, walking the ramparts and walking the old town. Comfortable bed and soothing sounds of the waves. Great stay! The place is beautiful, both inside and outside, very peaceful and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the spacious house: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, seating furniture for everyone in the living room and outside. The house is light and well airy. The house is well signposted with signs on the outside and the self check-in went well. The accommodation is close, by car, to several places we wanted to visit. Anne was very accommodating to our needs, responded and moved quickly if we had questions.

Virginia was very welcoming and warm. She was very responsive and enjoyable. The accommodation offered is close to nature. Calm reigns supreme. It did us a lot of good. I highly recommend this accommodation and this rental. Lakhdar

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

We had a very good weekend with 4 couples of friends whose accommodation is well equipped.

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Ideal location of the accommodation, about 20 minutes from St Malo/Dinan,... Small town with local shop and a big + for having 1 different food truck 5 days a week. Nice place to stay with a nice outdoors space.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back

What a fabulous place, we hope to be able to come back. Claire and Chris have been absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodative with an early check in. The location could not be better and the sea view is a massive plus. Very pleased with our stay and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you.
