Apartment holiday rentals in Beach of the Views

I would give 11/10. Tullio is a representation of what a good host should be like. He is super responsive + he picked me up and drove me back to the airport. The place is great, everything you need it’s a there. Location is super central, few minutes from the first beach. Thanks for everything Tullio, greetings from Paris!

We booked this place for our holiday, but unfortunately we had a family problem exactly the day we had to arrive in Costa Adeje and couldn’t come anymore. Borja and the team understood the situation and they refund us the full amount we paid for the booking, even though it was too late to cancel it. I have no words to thank them for their kind understanding of the situation. We really hope to come to this beautiful place soon ❤️🙏🏼

We stayed for six days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a great location, and everything was tidy and nicely decorated. The host gave us a warm welcome and even brought snacks, water, and a bottle of red wine as a welcoming gift. Highly recommended!

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

We (2 adults + infant) had a great stay in Svetlana's apartment. Everything was very clean and exactly as described on the website. The kitchen was well and sufficiently equipped. We were also able to borrow beach towels and a beach umbrella - which was very convenient. We were also allowed to use a washing machine free of charge. Communication with Svetlana went smoothly and she responded to messages immediately. We enjoyed the location (central yet quiet). We really only recommend the apartment!

The property was very modern and immaculately clean. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with lovely outdoor pool. There is a lift in the building with wheelchair access. It's only drawback is it on a hill but we didn't find this a problem. We had a wonderful time here.

Lili was very easy to get hold of and accommodated an early checkin. She messaged us as soon as the apartment was ready and met us promptly to let us in. The accommodation was clean and tidy throughout. A wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful 3 weeks in Tenerife you could ask for! The apartment delivers everything it promises! Roberto is a sensational host! He got an extra high chair and dishes for our 1 year old daughter! When we arrived, everything was nicely prepared and we were expecting chilled drinks and a gift for our daughter. Roberto provided us with great tips for the island and was always available for questions. We were lucky enough to meet him and his wife Astrid in person😊. We will definitely be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dining out. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We had an amazing stay with ocean views and nice amenities! Great walkable area to the beaches to restaurants and to shopping! It was wonderful to hear the ocean from the balcony and there is also a wonderful pool in the complex! We highly recommend this place!

Very nice apartment in a luxury residence and very well maintained and quiet. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the hot tub I didn't use because of the water quality

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Beautiful house, exactly what we wanted as we have two small children, very secure and spacious outside area, house was brilliant with everything we needed. Very quiet area with a couple of restaurants close by and supermarket two minute walk. We didn’t realise you couldn’t walk to main areas, so taxi needed to get everywhere, but taxi service good costing between €10-€15 to get to Los Christanos or Las americas. Recommend to hire a car if you don’t want to taxi it everywhere. Highly recommend house.

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

Four of us were staying here to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The accommodation was perfect; we loved the apartment and the private outside space, the swimming pool and other relaxation pool were lovely and all the staff around the apartments and online were incredibly helpful. The coffee machine was also an absolute bonus! We enjoyed walking along the coast and around the area. It was the perfect chilled long weekend in the sun. Highly recommend.
