It's a comfortable, completely renovated and atypical space. The 30 m² accommodation is accompanied by a 15 m² terrace. House dating from the middle of the 19th century, independent access, restored with respect for materials, wood, stones, ideally located in the Belle Valley, very quiet environment and yet very close to the historic center of the village, classified as a "small city of character", you can enjoy an enclosed garden, with shade or sun, as desired, private parking, access to the private pool area, with pool house, beaches, deckchairs will be at your disposal. Possibility to rent bikes.

10 min from Melle, a medieval city with many tourist attractions (cultural sites, hiking, fishing, market) and ideally located on the road to St Jacques de Compostelle, come and enjoy the calm in a 3000 m2 enclosed garden and heated pool (May to Sept). The accommodation is equipped with TV, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, for the outside: parasol and Chilean. Sheets, towels, tea towels provided. Come and rest in the cool countryside in a quiet setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40 m². A large room of 30 m² with bedroom area, sitting area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house. I can't save the address on the site, so here it is: 15 Allée des Camélias in Celles-sur-Belle in front of the veterinary office, not far from the church

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Small single-family home restored in charm and authenticity with its magnificent bread oven. The house has a private entrance and spacious parking. The house has all the necessary amenities with its equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden and shaded terrace as well as access to the heated pool, children's games, petanque court and animals.
