By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Kick back and relax in our quietly located little home sweet home. Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
