Are you looking for peace and quiet in the countryside and still want to be on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin in 35 minutes or in Potsdam in 20 minutes? Then you've come to the right place in our new apartment in Schäpe. The small village has no through traffic. The area invites you to hike and cycle or you can enjoy the tranquility on the large terrace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Arriving by car is definitely recommended. Many animals such as horses, cats and chickens live here

Eco Luxury Loft in Memorial

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

In den angrenzenden Wäldern und Seenlandschaften können Sie hervorragend spazieren gehen und Vögel beobachten, wie sie von Ast zu Ast springen. Das Waldhäuschen steht nur Ihnen zur Verfügung.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The historic manor house with completely renovated and modern interior welcomes guests from all over Europe. The Fläming, the Temnitz and Garzer mountains are right outside the front door. Cultural offerings in Brandenburg a.d. Havel, Bad Belzig can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Potsdam and Berlin are about 40 minutes away.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.
