La MAREUILLE est une maison écorénovée dans un ancien corps de ferme du XVIIIè. Chaleureuse et conviviale. A deux pas de la Roche-Bernard, son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Vallée de la Vilaine, profiter de la campagne, forêt et des plages du Morbihan. Elle convient aux séjours de vacances et aux séjours professionnels (équipe en déplacement, télétravailleurs, shooting photo…). Elle s'adapte à la taille du groupe : en duo, à 4 ou grands groupes jusqu'à 12 personnes (+ 2 bébés).

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Béganne is a town located in southern Brittany, between rivers, small towns of character and the ocean. During your stay, a wide range of activities are available to you. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach, discover the Port de Folleux, the Branféré animal park, have fun at the Moulin Neuf pond, enjoy a walk in Roche Bernard and Rochefort-en-Terre, small towns of character. Equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms.

Have a pleasant stay in this comfortable and bright accommodation with dining area terrace and enclosed garden on the front and dining area and vehicle parking on the back. An entrance serving the main room with kitchenette and small sofa, TV. A bedroom with 140 bed, possibility of umbrella bed and high chair, a bathroom with Italian shower and independent toilet. A hallway with cloakroom. Can accommodate two adults and a baby or child under three years old.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
