Centrally located with many excursion possibilities to Sinsheim (spa and bathing world), Bad Mergentheim (spa, wildlife enclosure), Tripstrill (amusement park), Stuttgart, Heidelberg (castle) and Heilbronn (Experimenta).

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine vor kurzem renovierte, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene 2 ½ Zimmer Nichtraucherwohnung mit 44 qm und einem großem, sonnigen Balkon im 1.Stock. Sie ist für 1 bis maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt und eignet sich z.B. für: Feriengäste, Geschäftsreisende, Dienstreisende, Durchreisende und Pendler. Eine Stromsäule für E–Fahrzeuge und eine Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Whether artists, commuters, on assembly, hiking, wine and short breaks, whether alone or as a couple, as a starting point for all activities in the diverse Weinsberg Valley, the property is ideally suited. Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

My place is close to an S-Bahn station (10-minute walk + bus connection right in front of the house). The journey time to Stuttgart Central Station is 30 minutes. My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

Welcome to Prevorst in our newly furnished, light and well-kept 2-room vacation apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (52 sqm) and is located on the edge of the forest and meadow. A separate entrance (ground floor) leads to the modern apartment, which exudes a friendly and cozy atmosphere. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. Free parking is available just in front of the house.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
