The house is in a secluded location directly on the hiking and biking trails. Approximately 250 km of mountain bike trails are available. 2 swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Our tiny house is located on a corner of our small farm. Set in an idyllic location, it allows you to unwind. There is space for four people (possibly 5 with children; just ask us), a kitchen (electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine), and a bathroom. Mamut is a warm friendly country home with generous common spaces and unique bedrooms. It is designed to enjoy time together, relax in front of the fireplace or hang out in the surrounding garden. Guests especially appreciate the huge table, kids-friendly environment and the BBQ shed.

At the forge

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Bernartice, 3 km from the natural swimming pool Sycherák and in sight of the beautiful Český les mountain range. It is an ideal starting point for hiking as well as cycling. The recreational cottage is a former forge building that underwent a complete reconstruction at the turn of 2024/2025. The reconstruction emphasized preserving the original appearance of the building.
