Beach condo holiday rentals in Belize

The people who checked us in/out and the groundskeeper were all so helpful, kind, and responsive. The space was great for two couples. Short golf cart ride to town or nice walks on the beach to restaurants close by. Nice pool and grounds kept meticulous. Recommend!

We loved our stay at Tres Cocos! It was quiet and relaxing. The location is very convenient for multiple restaurants and easy to get to both downtown San Pedro and to Secret Beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

I take a week once a year to come to Caye Caulker to escape the winter blues in Seattle, and love staying at this location. The staff are helpful, kind and responsive; the rooftop deck provides a lovely view of the Caribbean, and there's a fun little restaurant just across the path with good music and trivia nights. I also work online, and the WiFi is strong, with no issues. I'm already looking forward to coming back next year.

Zack's place was fantastic. Great location, just north of town and within walking distance of everything you'd need. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations. The pool is a perfect spot to relax and get some sun. When the drinking water ran low, he quickly arranged for another 5 gallons to be delivered the next morning. I highly recommend!

we had a really great stay for 3 nights with our 2 young kids. the location is great, easy to walk to anything you need. Stuart helped arrange a golf cart taxi to and from the water taxi, and Danny greeted us and was really helpful. there was a pack and play for us, the unit was really clean, comfortable, and in great working order. great spot if you're traveling with kids and want an extra bedroom and space to lounge and eat in.

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Expectations were exceeded. This location cannot be beat. we will definitely be booking again. The rooftop hot tub was gorgeous/relaxing and so was the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway.

Few broken things/things out of order that were very minor, but compared the overall stay they didn’t matter, this place is a must see and it could be more expensive but hope has it at a reasonable price

Make sure to rent a golf cart, as it is very useful for your stay! The Hula Bar behind the Airbnb is awesome and the pool has a nice view! Very nice location!

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

We loved staying at Ron's place in San Pedro! It was a beautiful location. It is outside of the busy downtown area of San Pedro which is very nice. The pools were amazing! They have 6 pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a beach area to swim in. The swim up bar was so nice, the Banana Daquiri was delicious! The condo was so big and had everything we could need. It is nice that there is also a grocery and liquor store right there. We picked up a few things like water, Rum and juice. We were able to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl while we were there. It has a nice patio area to sit in and hang swim suits to dry. We also ordered pizza one night and it was a quick walk to the grocery store to pick it up. We ate breakfast and lunch at the swim up bar and both were delicious. The other nice thing was that all of our tours we booked picked us up right at the dock at Grand Caribe. That was beyond nice! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Ron!

Spacious villa in prime location! It was a delight to be on the top level unit right on the beach! Jo-Anne and Jenniffer were very helpful leading up to the stay. The management company team on the premises was extremely responsive— everyone was very gracious and accommodating. The whole unit was beautifully maintained and spotless.

Great host, great stay! Mark was very helpful early one morning when I needed to find a place to move my family to because our flights home got messed up and we had stayed over in Belize, but we couldn’t remain in our original rental. He was very responsive. The apartment is lovely and pristine with plenty of space. Sunset Caribe is a fairly new addition to the Caribe condo community, which has two good restaurants, a small market, and a clinic. There are two very long pools and a big hot tub overlooking the bay. The pools were not crowded, the neighbors we met there were very friendly, and the poolside bar made excellent frozen cocktails. The neighborhood is great because there are several restaurants that are easy to walk to - no need to rent a golf cart unless you want to venture further. The staff was very professional and helpful. Construction continues on a new building but it was not disruptive. Would love to return someday.

First thing first, I want to give a big shout out to Hilary from the Diamonte team. She was extremely responsive and help me navigate to our rental in San Pedro. She reserved a private car pick from the Belize City Airport to the water taxi that took us to San Pedro Island and then had a driver take us to our airbnb from the San Pedro water taxi terminal. She made the same reservations heading back to Belize city. She also helped us reserve a golf cart to easily navigate through the island which is optional for your booking. The airbnb was beautiful, spotless and had breathtaking scenic ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Will surely recommend! This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!

there were 6 of us and we couldn’t have been happier. Everyone was very friendly and all of our needs were met quickly and with smiles. In addition the entire complex was beautiful and clean We highly recommend!
