Beachfront holiday rental in Belize

I loved my stay. The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. I didn’t need to take a taxi once. The trailer is so cozy and clean. Great wifi, hot water, AC, kitchen amenities. It felt secure. I was a little uneasy the first night with the lack of curtains on the doors (meaning that people can see right in to the kitchen/living room area) and the fellow that lives in a boat right out front, but after the first night any trepidation was gone. I would stay again and cannot recommend it enough.

Matthews place was perfect! Great location, easy to get around with a golf cart. The home is beautiful, well laid out. Pool was a hit and roof top patio was really cool! The view of the lagoon is beautiful from all areas of the house. We had everything that we needed. Terri is an incredible host! We were very well taken care of, Terri arranged tours, golf carts, ferry tickets, and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. Terri really made our time in San Pedro extra special! If you want to go on a snorkel trip or go fishing make sure you look up Captain Bigz! He was fantastic!

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

We cannot say enough about our stay at Island Time on Placencia Caye. The staff were fantastic. Our Captain Jose, fabulous meals from our Chef Brytni, and the impeccable Housekeeper Lucy. They became family to us. We miss our daily visitor “Boots”!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a group of 14 that stayed the week, it was amazing! Place is clean, communication is superb and location ideal! I can’t say enough about this place!!

Great property with many options for multiple families/groups. We had a group of 18 and rented 3 houses, all just steps away from each other. The space has a perfectly small pool, nice deck area, and is so quiet. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We did not get daily maid service and every house in our group ran out of necessities (toilet paper). The water from the faucet is drinkable and the toilets can take toilet paper. The showers don't get super hot, but are soothing with hot weather. TV/wifi was easy to navigate and Beth was extremely responsive. The kitchen does not come stocked with any food/spices. Pick up salt,pepper, butter, oil if you intend to cook. I highly recommend you ask for a cook for some meals. A breakfast fed 16 people and was $150 usd (and delicious). Rent a golf cart & pay to have it dropped off and picked up. Lots of fun to be had in this house!

We enjoyed our stay at Marsh Madness. The property was beautiful and offered everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had the best of both worlds to include a swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea (kayaks provided). It was a fantastic base camp for all of our adventures in Stann Creek and the Toledo districts and it was easy to find and access. The residence comfortably housed five adults and the kitchen area was great for cooking and socializing. The balcony overlooking the sea was probably my favorite. The host was receptive and always there if we had any questions or needs. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!!!!

I can not rave about this place enough. From our amazing host, Leila, who was so responsive and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. To the very peaceful location with all the amenities, the delicious food at the restaurant with amazing staff, and all staff onsite. I would recommend this Airbnb over and over again.

Great stay at the Aerie at Moonrise Beach. Flexible check-in when we were running a little late. Jessie and the team were very proactive and responsive with information and checking to see if things were going well. The studio was a great space with wonderful views. The road coming was a little rough but the accommodation was spot on. Would advise repellent for the bugs (I have several very itchy bites!) but a very good and peacefully time other than that.

The house is wonderful. It has that “wow” factor when you walk in with high beamed ceilings and wall to wall windows highlighting the pool and sea view as your back yard. The house was REALLY clean, and had all we needed for the week - from the stocked kitchen with coffee and filtered water jugs to get us started, dishwasher detergent, a washer and dryer with laundry soap available, and no shortage of towels - much appreciated. The wrap around, covered patio gives both bedrooms access to the back yard. It was so nice having a private beach with plenty of coconut trees for shade. Herbert was great. He provided many suggestions ahead of time as well as in the book at the house. I appreciated the attention to safety as well, something you don’t always see in a rental. The area itself is pretty quiet and Placencia is only a short drive, where you’ll find shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the week and would highly recommend this place!

Stayed in the penthouse, what a fantastic spot. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrise. Clean room with the kitchen space.

Cedric and Karyne's place was perfect for our family vacation. The place was clean and beautiful, well furnished and had everything we needed including kitchen supplies. The place is located a short walk away from a handful of restaurants and the market, which was very convenient. The hosts also put together a guest book filled with their favorites restraunts and places to visit. We rented a golf cart from the company Cedric recommended, William @ ATM, who was also very pleasant to work with. Cedric was quick to respond to our inquiries and was nice enough to arrange transportation for us to and from the ferry and accommodate our early arrival. Thanks Cedric and Karyne! We had a wonderful visit to San Pedro and will stay here again on our next visit.

Title: A Perfect Waterfront Getaway! I recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo and it exceeded all my expectations! The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can't wait to return!

Great location & next door to the Beach Club which offered food & drinks at reasonable prices + use of their swim up pool bar (very friendly staff!). House had a great space under the deck with lounge chairs & seating facing the pool & beach which was a great place for relaxing, eating at the two tables & playing games. House was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses & silverware (might be time for a new skillet). Our host stocked groceries at our request. Our host also booked massages which we enjoyed on the deck. Some issues…air in front bedroom had issues with air conditioning, back master bedroom needs to have shower head replaced, middle bedroom off kitchen the light in shower was not working properly so a little dark. Great things…host was super attentive, house roomy and open, a coffee/wine/ice cream bar was steps away, clean beach, great decks upstairs and downstairs with plenty of room and seating for large groups. Don’t miss the Placencia sidewalk lifeblood of village!

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

Really wonderful experience! We had a great time and wished we could stay longer. I loved reading my book on the patio listening to the palm trees sway in the breeze and watch the beautiful bright blue water in the background. Great location — central to everything in San Pedro. The golf cart rental that was facilitated through them was easy and smooth. It was perfect! Would happily come back.

This place was perfect for our stay in Belize, right on the beach but not in the middle of town. House was very clean and well stocked. Bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Belizean Bliss Villa! The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, & well-equipped. The full-size kitchen & purified water were super convenient, and having a washer and clothesline was a huge help during our trip. The Caribbean Sea was a bit too rough for swimming immediately outside the house while we were there, but the view was still beautiful and peaceful. We visited in early June and noticed that several restaurants in Hopkins were closed (possibly seasonal), so just something to keep in mind. Luckily, there were other restaurants & local food stores nearby. We also utilized a couple of the tour guide companies that were readily available just up the road. Some of the highlights of our trip included guided birding hikes, snorkeling, seeing manatees, and an unforgettable visit to the ATM cave. Belizean Bliss was a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure. Last but not least, I highly recommend having a rental vehicle in this area.

Such a great spot—right on the beach, private but still walkable to everything. The rooftop was perfect for sunrise and relaxing. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Thomas and Anna are are superb hosts. I've been lucky enough to stay with them on a couple occasions. They were helpful in securing my cart rental as well as an onsite massage on their dock, which was sooo nice. The grounds are well cared for, and the room is everything you need, nothing you don't. Also, try their quesadilla, its wonderful!

We had an amazing time in Placencia at The White Turtle! The location is absolutely perfect! The caretakers Reuben, Rufina and their son Gilbert made our trip so special! Rufina kept the house absolutely spotless and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Reuben set up our tours and we had the most amazing time snorkeling, fishing and visiting waterfalls. Reuben knows his stuff! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

This Airbnb experience was absolutely amazing! We had everything we needed, the welcome guidebook was filled with great information, and if we had any additional questions, Janine was quick to respond. We loved biking into town for meals and also opted into using the golf cart on our last two days, which was lots of fun. There were also plenty of good restaurants in walking distance of the airbnb. The place was clean, everything worked well, and the additional amenities from the hotel across the street like use of the beach, pool, and kayaks/paddleboards was unbeatable. We will definitely be back!
