Gîte du Marronnier de Montrouge 10 min to Futuroscope

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Welcome to La Biche: a historic house completely restored in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Exteriors: south side, small enclosed courtyard with terrace and garden furniture and north side, a courtyard with a table for meals and a garden to enjoy the warm days of summer. Nearby: the meadow with its trampoline, bowling green and table tennis and below is access to the Vienne to relax, read and even swim.
