This AirBnB was great. Check-in was fast and easy with clear instructions. The unit was clean and spacious. There's a full kitchen, refrigerator, plates, glasses, and a coffee machine. The bathroom was fully stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. There is a reserved parking spot. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located near a fun restaurant and shopping area that is a short walk away. The host is friendly and responsive. I whole-heartedly recommend this AirBnB.

Sanctuary. Retreat. Peaceful. Classy. These are words that come to mind when I think of this, my second stay here. I rode the #4 bus to and from wherever I needed to go, after only 5-7 minute walks. Easy unlock on arrival and one button lock up on departing. A very nice place to stay.

Amy was a wonderful host, and she allowed us to have an early check in that matched well with our flights. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and was perfect place for our short stay. Also appreciated the local recommendations she had in the binder. Thanks, Amy!

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

We had a great stay! The space was very clean, cozy, and well-appointed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the comfortable sitting area with a nice TV setup. The whole floor of the raised ranch felt private and spacious. Only about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, it was a great balance of peace and proximity. Would definitely stay again!

The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The place is first class, clean and organized and everything is there you'd need. In a great neighborhood, near a good restaurant, and a good walking area. All in all, I'd go right back again to Bobby's place

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .

Absolutely worth every penny! Greatest host and place combo you could ask for! The place is well stocked with everything you could want and such a peaceful place to just be. And only be like 20 min from downtown Nashville or just a few minutes from great in the city you are with great eats and just a lot to do! Definitely don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Quaint and very well kept. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location that was convenient to everything. Owners took great pride in their property and ensuring guests were comfortable, had what we needed, and providing a lot of local insight and recommendations. Highly recommend.
