We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. With babies and a dog, minor overhead noise is possible!

Beautiful Tudor home on one of the most unique streets in Nashville. The eclectic collection of homes on our street is something everyone notes. Most of us know each other well and our kids have grown up together. To this day, we celebrate milestones, holidays and memories together. Miami (Avenue) might not be Mayberry, but it's pretty close!
