Holiday rentals with a patio in Bemus Point

Laura was a kind, attentive, wonderful host. Absolutely loved the soaking tub and comfortable bed.

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

Place was clean and it was exactly as it was described. Also had climate control going for our arrival.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Always a great time at Chautauqua Lake! We enjoyed the stay - access to the water and the neighboring pool. Quiet and secluded and still access to everything. Deborah was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again in the future!

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I could not be happier with our stay at the Copper Top. Our original trip in 2024 had to be canceled due to unforeseen weather on our way to the Copper Top which actually led us being stuck in Erie, PA. Immediately we were offered an extension to our trip free of charge. Ultimately due to weather we were unable to make it to the Copper Top all together. Matthew, Brian, and Leah were gracious enough to let us reschedule our trip for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and use our payment from 2024 as a credit towards the trip!! Which we could not be more thankful for. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained! Any questions that popped up were answered immediately and the hosts truly care about their guests needs! We cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

Very comfortable, well-appointed and meticulously clean home! Supplied with anything you might need. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Host is very responsive. Even your bedding smells clean and fresh. Would like to give 10 stars on this 5 star rating system!

We stayed at Kyler’s home just after Christmas, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home during the holidays. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meals a breeze, and the cozy living spaces were perfect for relaxing together. There was even a Christmas tree in the living room and our kids loved that touch! Kyler was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful and well-maintained getaway!

We were looking for a place to relax after the school year with a nice kitchen and Joe’s place was perfect. We enjoyed watching the creek fill its banks with all the rain. Cooking together. Or just relaxing in the hanging chairs. We had our 6 month along and Joe nicely provided a pack a play for our stay.

This is our second time staying at this place and I would stay again! It was the perfect amount of space for 6 people. Everything was very clean and all amenities worked as advertised. The property is so beautiful and peaceful, we could have been happy never leaving and enjoying our whole time there! The area is simple and quiet, but plenty to do if you like wine and nature. The hosts were extremely helpful and proactive of our stay. This place is also perfectly dog-friendly and my corgi made himself right at home. I highly recommend this property for family getaways or just a calm, romantic weekend.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Kym’s place was wonderful! We had a fantastic new years and getting to experience Chautauqua in the winter after not doing so after 7 years was so amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities and the tranquility that winter in Chautauqua had to offer! I highly recommend Kym’s place! She was a great host and she has a prime location!

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!
