We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Separate attic apartment with approx. 53 m², which is reached via a shared staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed. In the bathroom is a shower + cabinet and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally equipped: 4-burner induction stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

The house in which the apartment is located is very centrally located, a short 5-minute walk to the Rhine, 2 minutes to the main train station and in 15 minutes you are in the heart of the old town. A bus stop is in front of the house, public parking and grocery stores are very close. Restaurants & bars are also right around the corner.

The apartment is centrally located in an apartment building on the 2nd floor. It has 2 1/2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom and is furnished "ready to move in." The price of the apartment is based on occupancy by 1 person. Each additional person pays an additional €15. Parking is available. The bikes can be stored in a garage.
