Agradezco a Martín por su amabilidad en esperarnos y mostrarnos la casa, así como estar atento a nuestra estadía. La casa muy linda y tal como la esperábamos. Esperemos volver nuevamente , ya que nuestra familia proviene del Tirol y es un lugar que queremos mucho.

Prachtig huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Overdekt parkeren, sauna, eigen ski ruimte en de keuken en badkamers van alle gemakken voorzien! We hadden erg veel geluk met een vroeg-boek-prijs waardoor de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding echt heel erg goed was. Hey contact met de verhuurder via Airbnb en met de beheerder ter plaatse verliep erg goed en snel. Qua locatie een mooie centrale plek tussen het Wildkogel skigebied en Zillertal Arena. Ook de Krimml waterval heel dichtbij. Kortom, deze accommodatie is een aanrader als je het niet erg vindt om niet direct aan de piste te zitten.

A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

Vorab: das Haus ist toll, sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Sandra ist total nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. Die Kommunikation mit tui ist allerdings eine Katastrophe, auf emails wird Tage später geantwortet, telefonisch ist keiner erreichbar. Somit wussten wir nicht, wie und wann wir einchecken sollten. Sind auf gut Glück gefahren. Sandra war zum Glück da, da sie direkt nebenan wohnt, perfekt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren zu einem Kurzurlaub mit unseren Kindern . Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und hat viel Platz ☺️💐Es war alles sauber und verfügte über alle notwendigen Geräte. Danke

We hadden een verblijf met 4 volwassen en 3 kinderen. Het huis was heel groot met ruime kamers en voldoende parking. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en het was echt proper. Het enige minpuntje… volgend jaar is dezelfde periode al geboekt.

Es war ein durchaus gelungener Aufenthalt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Super gemütlich mit großem Kamin, gemütlichem Sofa, Kuschel-Lounge, super bequemen Betten; tollem großen TV; Küche maximal ausgestattet; Lage top (man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen in den Wald; in den Ort; tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ... Bruno & Sabine sind super-responsive und hilfsbereit ! Alles was man sich für entspannte Ferien wünscht ! Wir kommen wieder !

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Wir hatten einer super schöne Zeit, in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Die Sauna reicht für 3 Personen was uns genügte. Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich, nett und vor allem schnell. Parken ging problemlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Und der Spar (Supermarkt) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Nous sommes venus en famille profiter des fêtes de fin d'année à Munich. La maison est très agréable, confortable, grande et bien située, dans un quartier calme, coquet, et permettant de rejoindre le centre de Munich rapidement via le S-Bahn 5 qui est fiable et dessert régulierement la zone. Isabel et sa famille sont extrêmement accueillants : tout a été parfaitement préparé pour notre arrivée, et tout s'est ensuite remarquablement bien passé. Les enfants ont adoré, tout le monde a très bien dormi, nous n'avons jamais eu froid, et nous avons pu profiter de la cuisine équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer de bons petits plats le soir en rentrant de nos longues visites et promenades. En somme, nous recommandons vivement ! Et nous remercions Isabel et sa famille.
