The nearest village is Thenezay, 7 kms away, where there is a great little market on Sundays, a supermarket, PO, cafe and restaurant, baker and hairdresser. We are about 45 minutes to the closest Loire Chateau, just over an hour to Puy de Fou, and surrounded by lovely mediaeval villages. Noise restriction for music in the garden due to neighbours.
