Everything in perfect condition, clean and tidy, good location and very quiet area, it corresponds to the characteristics of the website, I will repeat every time I go to the beach!!

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. Come on, make yourself at home. The pool is very good because it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (reservations required). We'll be back😊.

It really is as beautiful as in the photos; the apartment is very practically furnished — we didn’t miss a thing, including the kitchen equipment. The area is also lovely, with plenty of parks, playgrounds, a pool right underneath the window, the sea just a 5-minute walk away, and a large store nearby. The owner responded to all questions very promptly and proactively.

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

My family and I have been there for 15 days. A very pleasant and comfortable stay in all aspects...proximity to the host who has been very helpful at all times. We really enjoyed the great terrace. Very good location, the beach 5 minutes walk and the pool of the urbanization just below the house. Let's repeat!!

A host of 10, at all times was attentive to answer my messages and was super flexible with the entrance since we took a long trip and arrived in the late afternoon. The house was very clean and tidy and was very cozy, perfect to spend that night.

Very good stay at the house. Nice garden and the house had everything you need. They live right in the next door house so they are aware of if anything is needed. Flexible check in and check out very positive thing. It communicates very well and quickly by message. Thank you very much for everything!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

We had a great week as a family, we looked for tranquility, relaxation and there was. Excellent location in Benicasim, where to combine the villa's pool and the beach just 5 minutes away, and also a supermarket right next door without needing to take the car for travel. Maria was unable to attend our arrival, but we had no problems accessing the villa. She was helpful at all times.

Pablo and Ivan's house is beautiful, in spectacular surroundings and is all that the photos show and more. Communication was excellent throughout. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks here and would thoroughly recommend it.

Great holiday home with pool for big family!

When you are a lover of nature, its colors, shapes, noises and you seek peace and serenity… When you love to meet and learn about the area, its places and its people When you are looking for silence. This is the magical house. Easy to clean inside. Very comfortable mattresses. Great bathrooms. Outside a chocolate. I don't have children, but dogs and they've been frankly fine. For children everything is thought out. If you are looking for tranquility and being with friends or family, this is the house. My dad and I, we fell in love with her. I'm going to put some sticks because otherwise I seem to be paid commission... and it's the TV and some corner behind, because the view is a show. Carlos and Natalia, they are ideal and I hope to see you again. They are in everything and for everything. I come back!! For me a ten

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

Everything was great.

We needed a place to stay in Benicassim, Spain for 3 months and we couldn't have picked a better place or asked for a better host. This top floor apartment is close to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and only a 20 minute walk to Benicassim Village. It's the only apartment building on a quiet residential block. The large terrace is great for spending hours outside viewing the ocean and mountains while eating, having a drink, taking a siesta or reading. Beautiful sunrises over the sea and sunsets beyond the mountains. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. We had a few requests for Alfonso and he was absolutely accommodating.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Spacious, very comfortable beds. Very well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace Basement parking and swimming pool are a real plus. Access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot and to the city of Peñiscola in 10 minutes on foot. A big thank you to Martine for the quality of our exchanges and your availability. If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!
