Todo en perfectas condiciones, limpio y ordenado, buena ubicación y zona muy tranquila , se corresponde con las características de la web, repetiré cada vez que vaya a la playa!!

la casita de silvia es super acojedora ,nada que ver con la fachada ,es una pena a ver pasado tan poco tiempo ,es un lugar para pasar muchos mas dias

La casa tiene hasta el último detalle. Todo tipo de menaje, el frigorífico enfria de narices, baño completísimo, sábanas, toallas, ventiladores de techo en las 2 habitaciones, aire acondicionado en el salón, muy buena terraza. Vamos, como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa. La piscina muy bien ya que le da el sol todo el dia y el agua está estupenda, sobretodo si vas con niños. Marian y su hijo están atentos ante cualquier duda y te recomiendan sitios. Yo os recomiendo una pizzeria italiana pura que se llama Mariotti (hay que reservar). Volveremos 😊.

It really is as beautiful as in the photos; the apartment is very practically furnished — we didn’t miss a thing, including the kitchen equipment. The area is also lovely, with plenty of parks, playgrounds, a pool right underneath the window, the sea just a 5-minute walk away, and a large store nearby. The owner responded to all questions very promptly and proactively.

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

Ha sido un fin de semana fenomenal y estupendo. Los anfitriones han sido excelentes, la zona era preciosa y nos han gustado mucho las playas de Moncófar. Recomendamos este alojamiento al 100%. Marina y Javier, muchísimas gracias! 🥰❤️

Hemos estado mi familia y yo 15 dias. Una estancia muy agradable y comoda en todos los aspectos…cercania con el anfitrion que ha estado muy atento en todo momento. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la gran terraza. Muy buena ubicacion, la playa a 5 minutos andando y la piscina de la urbanizacion justo debajo de casa. Repetiremos!!

Un anfitrión de 10, en todo momento estuvo pendiente de contestar mis mensajes y fue super flexible con la entrada ya que nosotros hacíamos un viaje largo y llegábamos a última hora de la tarde. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada y era muy acogedora, perfecta para pasar esa noche.

Muy buena estancia en la casa. Jardín agradable y la casa tenía todo lo necesario. Ellos viven justo en la casa de al lado por lo que están pendientes de si se necesita algo. Entrada y salida flexible cosa muy positiva. Se comunica muy bien y rápido por mensaje. Muchas gracias por todo!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en familia, buscamos tranquilidad, relax y lo había. Excelente ubicación en Benicasim, dónde poder combinar la piscina de la villa y la playa a tan sólo 5 minutos, y también un supermercado justamente al lado sin necesitar coger el coche para desplazamientos. Maria no pudo asistir a nuestra llegada, pero no tuvimos ningún problema para poder acceder a la villa, ha estado atenta en todo momento.

Maison magnifique, au calme avec une vue fantastique sur la vallée et jusqu'à la mer, et prestations très haut de gamme sur l'ensemble (équipements, confort, sécurité). Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs en cas de problème - un grand merci à Pablo et Ivan, nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez vous.

Accueil chaleureux de mercedes et son mari parlant francais il a ete facile pour nous de se comprendre. Maison tres agreable avec du mobilier soigné, matelas confortables, lieu idilique avec sa piscine, a proximité de tout. 2 Salles de bains spacieuses. Je recommande ce logement en tout point. Aucun point negatif à redire. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons. Merci encore pour tout mercedes et votre mari. Ce sejour n'aurait pas ete le même sans vous.

Cuando eres un amante de la naturaleza, sus colores, formas, ruidos y buscas paz y serenidad… Cuando te encanta conocer y saber de la zona, sus lugares y su gente Cuando buscas silencio. Esta es la casa mágica. Fácil de limpiar por dentro. Colchones muy cómodos. Los baños geniales. Por fuera un bombón. Yo no tengo niños, pero sí perros y han estado francamente bien. Para los niños está todo pensado. Si buscas tranquilidad y estar con amigos o familia, esta es la casa. Mi padre y yo, nos hemos enamorado de ella. Voy a poner alguna pega porque sino parece que me paguen comisión… y es la TV y algún rinconcito detrás, porque la vista es un espectáculo. Carlos y Natalia, son ideales y espero volverles a ver. Están en todo y para todo. Yo vuelvo!! Para mí un diez

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

El alojamiento es precioso, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Miguel respondió rápido y muy amable a un par de dudas que tuvimos. Pasamos unos días relajados en un entorno precioso, lo recomendamos 100%.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, sensationeller Ausblick, moderne, sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung. Alles wie beschrieben, teilweise noch besser. Hervorragende Kommunikation. Das einzig Negative ist, dass wir nicht länger Zeit hatten. Wir kommen wieder 🤗

Un sitio muy agradable

We needed a place to stay in Benicassim, Spain for 3 months and we couldn't have picked a better place or asked for a better host. This top floor apartment is close to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and only a 20 minute walk to Benicassim Village. It's the only apartment building on a quiet residential block. The large terrace is great for spending hours outside viewing the ocean and mountains while eating, having a drink, taking a siesta or reading. Beautiful sunrises over the sea and sunsets beyond the mountains. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. We had a few requests for Alfonso and he was absolutely accommodating.

Bel appartement avec une vue superbe. Spacieux, lits très confortables. Très bien équipé et très propre. Belle terrasse Le parking en sous-sol et la piscine sont un vrai plus. Accès à la plage en 5 mn à pied et à la cité de Peñiscola en 10 mn à pied. Un grand merci à Martine pour la qualité de nos échanges et votre disponibilité. Une des meilleures locations que nous avons eu pendant nos vacances via AirBnB Nous recommanderons votre appartement à nos proches 😉

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

En general todo muy bien, la casa está perfecta, la cocina tiene de todo, la urbanización es tranquila y tiene todo lo necesario.
