Wonderful peaceful place to stay!

This delightful apartment is located in the historic central part of town, on a canal. Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. Plenty of room with a very appealing courtyard as well. Quality furnishing and fixtures with extra touches like chocolates, snacks, juices and sparkling water enhance the experience. Karin is a marvellous host who is very proactive, helpful , kind and generous. We highly recommend this establishment, in this gem of a town.

We liked staying with Kitty very much. The apartment is cute and cozy, we lacked nothing. We also had very nice cat visitors from the neighborhood. Small note: since it is a loft bed, you have to be a little sporty to climb it. It was a small challenge but very amusing! :)

The apartment is simply but tastefully furnished. It's bright yet pleasantly cool when it gets hot outside. Everything is easily accessible on foot, by bike even faster. A nice place to stay, we would come back any time.

Frank warmly welcomed us to his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available around the clock and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was tidy, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, with few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to get into. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short break is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. Thank you Frank for your efforts!

Our short trip was super nice. On foot you could reach both Egmond and Bergen. On the way through the dunes we even saw wild horses.

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

Nanette's flat is great, super central, everything there you might need, and very cute interior. We had a great weekend! You shouldn't be too sensitive to noise as it's in the middle of the city center but it's fine with ear plugs. Alkmaar itself is very cute and perfect for a city trip.

The apartment was really great – the view was just beautiful! Everything was very clean and fully equipped, we felt comfortable immediately. There was actually nothing negative, only shampoo was not there – but that was not a problem, we had brought something ourselves. Overall, our stay was super pleasant and we enjoyed the time very much!

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their welcome, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very nice and decorated with care and good taste. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

The apartment was in a fantastic location – perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the beach. It was very cozy and it was really everything you need. You immediately felt comfortable. Communication with Cynthia went smoothly and quickly, she was always available and very helpful. The entire stay was great and we would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful weekend together with our 2 daughters. We hit it with the weather. We had a pleasant contact with Jordy. He responds quickly and in a friendly manner. We recommend everyone to book this chalet.

I was there for 3 nights with beautiful sunny weather. The reception was very warm, got a tour with explanations and as a surprise a bottle of juice and a bag of nuts. Everything is available for a wonderful holiday by the sea. Beach and center nearby and walkable. The bus from Schagen stops in front of the door. I had a wonderful time, walked a lot by the sea, walked Zwanenwater and other country roads. The square is very cozy. Delicious fries at the Wipp-in. Easy to order online and pick up at a specified time. You should definitely have an ice cream at Ijsje Prima. I liked Restaurant Dorpszicht very much with friendly and smooth service. I was in Callantsoog for the second time this year and I really like it and it is very cozy. The Museum Farm is also fun with sweet volunteers. I was happy with the morning sun on the balcony, because then it stays nice and cool inside. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

everything was great, central location, many shops super close, a very beautiful flower shop next door, the bell that always rang made me feel like I was living in a castle, thank you for this experience, I felt like I was in a beautiful and clean castle! I highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was just as good as the first. The apartment is light, bright and spacious. The location is perfect; close to town but super peaceful. Anke is a brilliant host and makes you feel most welcome.

We had a lovely stay in Haarlem. Danielle’s place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Just a few minutes and we were in the city centre, close to shopping, restaurants, pubs and grocers. An ideal location. We appreciated the few coffee pods, yogurt, granola, milk and cold beers left for us. We rented electric bikes one day and rode through the national park to the beach. What a great ride. We had already stayed in Amsterdam but this would haven been a great place to stay and just commute into Amsterdam for day trips. We loved Haarlem and wish we would have stayed longer!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor whirlpool. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Luba was a very communicative and friendly host. The flat was absolutely beautiful—probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.
