The house is located in the former dormitories on the south side of the building. The spacious living room, two large bedrooms – one with a distinctive dome ceiling and one with a bay window – a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom make this a special place to stay. Only 300 meters from the beach and right next to the Noordhollands Duinreservaat.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
