The cottage independent of our house (we live right next door) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.

Frank described the way to the accommodation very well with pictures, so the accommodation is beautifully quiet in an industrial area. Everything was very clean and you had everything you need, kettle toaster, etc. Well-equipped kitchen. All in all true very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I'd love to come back 👍

I was with Sonja and Michael for one night. The communication was very good; everything was sufficiently explained and there is also a folder with useful information in the room. The room looks like the pictures and is really very nice and large. The location is good and it is only about 15 minutes' walk to the tram stop. I am happy to recommend this Airbnb!

Wow! The quality of Heike and Oliver’s place was impressive. All of the fittings, furnishings, and design were of the highest quality which made us feel at home right away. Communication was easy and proactive. We found very cute cafes in the area and everything for daily life is steps away, but still the apartment is very quiet. Kitchen is outfitted perfectly-all new everything. Close to tram lines 18 and 13 which take you anywhere in the city. Will definitely be first choice when visiting again:)
