Über einen kleinen Flur gelangt ihr sowohl in das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und TV, als auch in das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, TV, ausklappbarem Schlafsofa (1,40 x 2,00 m). An die komplett ausgestattete Küche grenzt ein kleiner Balkon. Das Bad besteht aus einem separatem WC, Waschbecken sowie einer Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung.

Der Königsdorfer Forst (Naturschutzgebiet) liegt direkt vor der Haustüre und bietet zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt in unserem Wohnhaus und ist über eine separate Treppe zu erreichen. Fußläufig können Sie Dinge für das Frühstück (Brötchen, Milch, Aufschnitt) erwerben. Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten (Auto) zu erreichen. Anbindung ab Königsdorf (3 km): S12,S13,S19 - Köln HBF 16 Minuten
