Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

It is a 3-minute walk to bus 118 and 10 minutes to S-Bahn 1 and 7. Parking spaces are right in front of the apartment. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You feel like at home.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. I wanted a retreat for myself that offered everything I find important and enjoyable in a small space: A comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, storage space and a sofa for relaxing, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Quietness was important. Attractive design and privacy.
