During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Families warmly welcome! The 70m²-large, bright 3-room accommodation is ideally located between Chiemsee and Bergen in a quiet part of town. Biking and hiking tours can be started directly from the house. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a playground, an indoor swimming pool, a mini golf course, the spa park, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, supermarkets and other shopping facilities.

Single room Gederer

The single room Gederer is located on the 2nd floor. It was completely renovated and furnished in 2004. It is equipped with SATELLITE TV. In the room there is a hairdryer, kettle and small set of dishes so you can prepare a small bread time yourself.
