Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

The apartment (100 square meters) in the attic of a Gründerzeit house is laid out with oak parquet and fully air-conditioned. It has a 50 square meter living room with open kitchen and adjoining loggia (10 square meters), two bedrooms and two bathrooms (bathtub/ shower). Location: close to the city center and the train station (500 m each). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, a car in the private parking lot (150 m).

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Welcome! The apartment "Zeitreise" is located on the edge of the old town and is quick to reach, (3 minutes from the highway) and two streets further (in approx. 5 minutes) you are already on the historic market square. You can park directly on the street for free and live comfortably in a 50 m² apartment with balcony. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, with attention paid to pollutant-free ecological design. I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have in advance.
