Adriana was an excellent host, from the beginning to the end of our stay. It responds super fast, explained everything with photos, audios, gave tips on what to do, how to get there and even left a fridge full of pampering for us! The house is great, everything works and it is very spacious. The outside area was the great differential, the pool and the jacuzzi were VERY used! It was a delight!!!! Come back for sure!

Jussara, great host! Responds quickly and with great tips - very easy and flexible to check in and check out. The condominium is amazing, a private city, with complete security. Supermarket, restaurant, bar. Exclusive beach of the residents, that is, private of the condominium, where there is total security. The house is very clean and has all the items needed for a wonderful stay. Space much larger than in the photos, with ceiling fan and air conditioning – for those who do not like air conditioning like my husband and me – wonderful... the options of fans, even more that the house is fresh and airy. But the best is the river, passing by the door – my husband fished and barbecued at the same time. Township took one fish a day and was all happy. The view of the river is so beautiful, it doesn't make you want to leave! Anyway, just gratitude for living this experience.

Quiet place that fully matched the listing. After the reservation, communication with the host was very practical and assertive, including the flexibility I needed to check in and out. I really enjoyed the stay I had, we were 3 adults and 2 children, the apartment met our needs very well. Very well decorated apartment, super equipped kitchen. Very spacious and inviting barbecue and balcony for a good family chat! Cozy bathrooms and the showers are very good!! Close to the beach and the beach service is great!! The building staff is very attentive and kind!

Débora was incredible from the reception with a treat to sweeten our day and with a handwritten welcome note (she dedicated extra time), she was very attentive and left several tips to make our stay more amazing. The environment is beyond comment... it was beyond what we expected, we went as 5 people and we were all very well accommodated. The cleanliness of the place also surprised me, because I'm boring haha. I will stay with Débora again.

The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions.
