Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.

The beach path is very easy and even with a baby we had no difficulty. Building has an infrastructure that has served us very well!

Super well-equipped and cozy house, very true to the photos. It's close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. Safe place with accessibility, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can move around the whole house well. Larissa was very kind and flexible about check-out. We intend to return more often.

The house was neatly clean and tidy, exactly like in the pictures! Greater than we imagined. The house is close to the beach, allowing even at night the children to go there, play volleyball on the beach. The house comes with all the necessary items for the beach, such as chair, parasol, planch, and for kitchen/barbecue. The Washing Machine and Dryer were working... pity that maq. Dishwasher was not working, the Host said that she would see a person to go to tidy up, but I don't think she could... we ran out. But everything else was great!

I stayed with my family at Amanda's house, which exceeded our expectations in every way..The house is exactly as in the photos, super complete and equipped, there was nothing missing, Amanda always very attentive and quick to respond, a wonderful weekend, was worth a lot and I will come back as soon as possible.

We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.
